DW Reusables proudly announces the launch of their Retail Ready Return-Packs, a game-changing solution tailored for the beverage industry, aimed at enhancing sustainability and supply chain efficiency. Following a successful test pilot for six-packs in collaboration with Carrefour Belgium and the beer brand Cornet, DW Reusables is now taking this innovation one step further.

The new Return-Pack system offers a versatile, environmentally friendly solution that accommodates all pack sizes—4, 6, and 8—and every bottle size. With the capacity for rebranding to align with marketing needs, each Return-Pack is equipped with unique identifiers (UIDs) that enhance tracking, inventory management, and customer experience.

For retailers, the Return-Pack system streamlines operations by improving labour efficiency and simplifying inventory management through UID integration. For breweries, this innovative packaging system eliminates the need for substantial investments and freeing up valuable warehouse space. Additionally, they can enjoy a higher return rate of empty bottles, and lower sorting costs, all while reducing packaging waste and CO2 emissions.

DW Reusables’ Retail Ready Return-Packs as a Service facilitates a seamless transition towards a circular economy for retail beverages, removing financial and logistical barriers that often hinder scaling. This service enables the entire supply chain to benefit from reduced costs and optimized logistics without necessitating initial investments.
