As a Plastic Injection-Moulding company we work both with HDPE and PP materials. Besides virgin and recycled material, we also use Post Consumer Material depending on the customer’s requirements and application.

We offer flexibility for both new and existing projects. Standard moulds owned by DW can often be used, helping to reduce initial investment and lead times. While minimum order quantities may vary depending on the application, we are not limited to a fixed production volume and strive to support customers of all sizes.

Our standard containers are usually available for delivery from stock and can be shipped within two days.

When we can produce your product from one of our standard moulds, we can usually start the production within 6 weeks after receiving your order. Customized developments requiring the construction of a new mould typically have a leadtime of 18 to 20 weeks.

We manufacture pallets with dimensions up to 168x 1000 x 1200 mm, as well as foldable boxes made out of assembled smaller parts like the Stackabox with the same 1000 x 1200 mm footprint.

We offer a warranty of up to 750.000 shots per mould. After this production run, a possible revision or refurbishment of the mould can be discussed together with the customer, depending on the mould’s condition and production history.

With injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 2,700 tonnes of clamping force, we have the capability to produce everything from small technical parts to large, high-volume retail and industrial products. Our production capacity supports PE shot weights from 44 g up to 34 kg, allowing us to deliver a diverse range of injection-moulded solutions with efficiency, consistency, and precision.

Yes, we use 3D printers to create prototypes and we can offer fully bespoke prototypes in the desired colors, including custom logos and branding.

We ensure consistent quality through strict process control during every work shift, regular quality inspections, automated production monitoring, and the use of high-quality moulds and materials throughout the entire production process.

We deliver worldwide. Our production facilities are located across Europe, and thanks to our partners and subcontractors we can offer production facilities all over the world.

We can grind old plastic products and reuse the material to manufacture new products. We operate an in-house regrinding mill for recycling, as well as two mobile regrinding units that can process used products directly at our customers’ sites before transporting the recycled granulate.
