Mechanical Technician

For our production facility in Bilzen — where we primarily manufacture beverage crates — we are looking for a  Mechanical Technician to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for keeping our injection moulding machines with integrated robots, production lines, and all related machinery properly maintained and running at peak performance.

• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Work day shift during the week in support of a 24/7 production operation
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues: from replacing motors and hydraulic hoses to adjusting robots and automatic stacking machines
• Tackle problems hands-on — you don't sit back and wait
• Contribute ideas for improving and optimising work procedures

• Preferable professional bachelor's degree in a technical field (electromechanics preferred) or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent command of Dutch — speaking, reading, and writing
• Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Hands-on mentality: you enjoy rolling up your sleeves
• Accurate, positive, and with a strong sense of responsibility

• Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and capability analysis
• Experience with ERP or quality management systems
